Position Summary
We are seeking a confident, service-oriented, and professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team in a vibrant beach club destination in Yanbu.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands how to lead a team in a lifestyle-driven venue where service, atmosphere, energy, and guest engagement all matter equally. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor operations, able to perform well in warm weather conditions, and committed to delivering a consistently high level of service.
The Restaurant Supervisor will support the daily operation of the restaurant floor, coordinate the service team, maintain service standards, and ensure that every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable hospitality. We are looking for someone with strong personality, natural leadership, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Floor Operations
Supervise the day-to-day restaurant operation during assigned shifts
Coordinate service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
Monitor table setup, section readiness, station organization, and cleanliness before and throughout service
Support opening and closing procedures in accordance with operational standards
Ensure menus, equipment, and service tools are properly prepared and maintained
Guest Experience
Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests
Maintain strong floor presence and remain actively involved in the guest experience
Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and confidence
Support the team in delivering attentive, personalized, and timely service
Ensure the overall guest journey reflects the concept, mood, and service style of the venue.
Team Leadership
Lead the service team by example in attitude, grooming, discipline, and communication. Conduct shift briefings and communicate reservations, VIP information, events, and service priorities. Guide team members on sequence of service, guest handling, menu knowledge, and upselling. Support staff motivation, teamwork, and a positive working culture
Report operational issues, service gaps, or team performance concerns to management
Quality, Hygiene, and Standards
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and workplace standards at all times
Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing and service areas
Maintain high grooming and uniform standards within the team
Support control of operating supplies, breakage, and daily service readiness
Respond appropriately to operational challenges while maintaining service quality
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is polished, approachable, and confident in guest interaction. The ideal Restaurant Supervisor enjoys working with people, understands the importance of atmosphere in a beach club environment, and is comfortable in a venue shaped by music, energy, and social dining.
This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, guide the team professionally, and create a service culture built around hospitality, consistency, and attention to detail.
