Assistant Store Manager

Report to: STORE MANAGER, SENIOR RETAIL DIRECTOR FASHION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Store Manager is a vital contributor to our team's success in the luxury retail space. The role demands a passionate, driven
individual with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to custom er service.


Main responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:


Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.

Provide an elevated customer service experience, ensuring client satisfaction.

Develop and maintain long term relationships with our clientele.

Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements

Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances , h andle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns gracefully


Operations:

Help in ensuring daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Support in inventory management and ensures stock accuracy.

Assist in processing and merchandising new shipments.
Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements

Ensure store is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.


Leadership Staff Development:

Support the Store Manager in training and developing staff to

maximize potential.
• Supervise and train staff.

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.

Lead by example in terms of dress code, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback • Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals.


Administrative:

Support the Store Manager in preparing and analyzing sales reports.

Education:

Experience: 

• MinimumMinimum 33 yearsyears ofof experienceexperience inin luxuryluxury retailretail managementmanagement.. 

• PreviousPrevious experienceexperience inin luxuryluxury retail,retail, preferablypreferably inin aa managementmanagement oror supervisorysupervisory role.role.

• FamiliarityFamiliarity withwith thethe latestlatest trendstrends inin luxuryluxury fashion.fashion.
