Role Purpose
The Sneaker Maker is responsible for Co-creation services transforming GG items into unique creations according to client needs. The Sneaker Maker is able to inspire and involve the customer into the experience, engaging with empathy and ensuring an high level of customized experience, building long lasting customer relationships.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Sales & Client Experience
* Welcome the clients, making everyone feel part of the Golden family.
* Co-create GG products by drawing and illustrating adopting different techniques, suggesting and guiding the client into the co-creation experience.
* Create individual catalogs and customized product samples for display.
* Provide customers with a highly personalized, enjoyable, and memorable Co-Creation experience and maintain the brand's values and storytelling during their journey in the store.
* Actively participate in the sales process, to achieve business objectives by implementing cross-selling and up-selling strategies and provide support in pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store.
Brand & Product
* Effectively communicating the brand's vision and story to customers, embodying its values.
* Understand GG brand identity to co-create GG items consistently and in a respectful way
* Maintaining impeccable conditions in the co-creation area and adhering to the highest standards of visual merchandising
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE & IT knowledge
• Support on standard operating procedures (if needed) such as store opening and closure procedures, cash activities, maintenance internal processes and stock (inventory) management activities.
* Understands and know how to put in place corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, Compliance (GDPR) and Health & Safety
* Has a good knowledge of IT and digital commercial tools and system
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Fluency in English. A third language knowledge will be considered an advantage
Communication-Ability to communicate tactfully and candidly, and be an excellent listener
Sales Experience: previous experience preferably in retail/ Customer service sector is considered as an advantage
Problem Solving-Ability to analyze and define a problem, evaluate alternatives, find a solution; and understand how and when to make a choice
Teamwork-Ability to give collaborative effort to achieve a common goal or objective. We always play together
Time Management-Ability to manage priorities effectively and to use time as a resource
Flexibility-Ability to adapt and respond to business needs
